Mylena Sutton | Coaching and Consulting
All leadership is personal. We just happen to practice it in professional settings sometimes. That belief shapes everything I do. I’m Mylena Sutton, a self‑proclaimed leadership fanatic who helps people and organizations get aligned—because misalignment at work or in life always shows up everywhere else.
Through my B2B firm, Voltage Vista Consulting, I work with organizations across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. My “3C Approach”—conflict, compliance, and culture—helps teams name what’s unsaid, confront contradictions, and build workplaces where values aren’t just posters on the wall but lived daily. When employees feel clarity and integrity in their culture, they deliver better services and experiences to the people they serve.
But my work doesn’t stop at the office door. With Pink Boxes Club, my coaching practice, I support individuals—especially women—who are juggling too many commitments, feeling guilty about prioritizing themselves, or struggling to set goals that truly energize them. I help clients strengthen self‑awareness, renegotiate expectations, and keep their word to themselves. Because when you align your personal values and habits, you thrive not just in your career but in every part of your life.
Whether I’m facilitating a tough conversation in a boardroom, coaching someone through a personal reckoning, or unpacking leadership stories on my podcast The Leadership Drives, I bring the same commitment: to tell the truth, honor complexity, and make space for growth.
I’ve been in business since 2007, hold degrees from the University of Georgia and the University of Kansas, and am certified as an SPHR through SHRM. Outside of work, you’ll find me serving as a docent at the Barnes Foundation, road‑tripping toward my goal of hiking a trail in every state, and sharing stories that remind us: #getyourteamaligned, #keepyourwordtoyourself, #aligneverything, because #allleadershipispersonal.
